Arbitral procedure at the dawn of the Neuw Millenium

On the 14th and 15th of October, 2004, the Belgian Centre of Arbitration and Mediation, has brilliantly celebrated the 35th anniversary of its foundation. At this occasion, CEPANI organized an international colloquium on «arbitral procedure at the dawn of the 21st century». The seminar was the occasion to gather the best specialists of international arbitration and indeed, they delivered contributions of the highest quality.
